Michael Grew up in a large European city
and spend his childhood vacations visiting islands, a patter which
continued into his adulthood. His studies of Medicine and Psychology led
him to be fascinated with the way our life-choices impact our well-being
and the potential to improve the quality of our life through the
decisions we make. Michael has applied the lessons he learned
in teaching at several universities, his psychological practice,
executive coaching and consulting, and in his own life. |

A native of Arizona, Robert has always
yearned to be surrounded by water instead of desert sand and cactus.
After a lengthy vacation to a small island in the Bay of Bengal, he knew
he wanted to live on Island-Time. Robert learned Acupuncture and Herbal
Medicine from the Chinese and since then, has been profoundly impacted
by the concept of our holistic nature. His continuing studies in Medical
Philosophy, years of clinical practice and teaching at several colleges
continue to emphasize to him that our physical and mental health cannot
be separated from each other or from our food, water and habitat. |

Cindy grew up on the South Florida Coast
and her lifetime of boating, camping and living by the sea has taught
her the restorative benefits of close contact with nature. She has
practices holistic health care for over twenty-five years teaching
Chinese Internal Arts, Stress Reduction, Wellness, Natural Cooking,
Senior and Women’s Health. Cindy has taught at clinics, resorts and
retreat centers throughout the Southeast. She teaches Mindfulness
Practices such as Chi Gong, Meditation and Tai Chi from ancient
traditions that she incorporates with contemporary techniques and
philosophies. |
